NKG SPARK PLUG, the world’s leading manufacturer of ignition parts and vehicle electronics, manages marketing and communications for the whole EMEA region from its regional headquarters in Ratingen, Germany. Within this area, there are 10 group companies, over 1,000 employees and more than 90 languages spoken. In order to ensure consistent brand language and communication across all group companies, the company released its very first internal online Glossary.
In collaboration with NGK SPARK PLUG EMEA region technical experts, bmb-consult created a Glossary. This easy-to-reference document serves the company’s various departments and external support agencies, accurate definitions and data about key terms and technologies specific to the company for marketing, PR and other communications activities. The Glossary, which is continually updated, aims to provide both new and long-standing employees with a highly useful resource; helping them to create a consistent brand language and to keep up to date with the company’s key facts, terms and statistics.
